Why do people even come back. This location needs an overhaul Yesterday. They were beyond rude to me. I simply asked a question about my account ! Crazy.
wish I never waited. I could of easily used the online service for what was actually provided to me. Teller was very rude, the obviously do not understand I am the customer! The location needs assistance asap.

Not personable! Always short handed, which leads to a lobby full of people and long waits. They have flipped so many tellers in the past years, causing the tellers to be in a constant state of " I don't know" . I have switch the location down on US27 that does not have any of the above problems.
Always short handed with a lobby full of people. Why? This location is always busy! How can the management not plan accurately? The are open 5 days out the week 8-4 Monday thru Thursday then 8-6 of Friday's! All the reviews complain about being short tellers why have they not corrected this problem.
