Dr. Gooch and his staff are amazing! The office is state-of-the art and clean. The staff is courteous and professional. My kids love going to the dentist! We would not go anywhere else.

The receptionist Jessica was rude and unprofessional with me. My daughter and husband waited for 3 weeks for an appointment and the receptionist called me to confirm it. During the conversation she was rude when I asked about the services for my husband. She only wants to confirm the appointment no matter what I have to know. I asked her some questions and she said NO to everything. Very sad situation.. I received good reviews of the office but with this treatment no thanks!!
