Dr. Goodless has been one of the best dermatologists I've visited. He went beyond helping me with my conditions, was personal, friendly and professional. Genuinely great services!
Have visited for a yearly checkup for the past three years and everyone has always been great. I don't recall ever waiting longer than 15 minutes for my appointments, however, I always make them early in the morning. Will continue to visit and recommend to others!
I was there yesterday as a new patient and was worried with other reviews being not so great but people I know suggested Dr Goodless office. I made the appointment only a week and a half before. The office staff was friendly and I was called back less than 5 minutes after I had finished my paperwork. I saw the nurse practitioner and she was awesome!!! Very nice and took her time and talked to be to actually get to know me. I was there only an hour and a half and I had a full body exam and 3 biopsies done. I don't think that's bad at all!! I will definitely go back and refer people to go there too!
Just went today for my follow up on my second treatment of Kybella and Botox! Everyone at the office is very professional and helpful.
I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time with no apology from the doctor or his staff. While waiting patients were subjected to a 2 minute chin lift commercial running in the waiting room. This was my third visit in 2 years but was asked to file out a 6 page registration form. When Dr. Goodless assistant placed me in an exam room, she asked me if I or my parents have ever had skin cancer. If she bothered to read my history and forms, she would have known I had been treated for basal cell skin cancer at their office last year and my parents both had the same. My guess is the office is so busy that the doctor or his staff has the time to give proper treatment to everyone. Also, I believe the doctor makes more money on cosmetic procedure so not concern about other patient problems like skin cancer.
