Hello to all who warrants reading my elaborate story and how Mimi became not only an extreme help but just overall, an incredible human being.
During our check out process, she personally called and found how she could give us any discount. She waived admin fees, gave us a free lock, and also called to find out how we would be able to get our next month for free.
The moment I stepped into Life Storage are Celebration and met Mimi, she was not only emotionally charged by our story but ensured in every single facet to find a way to give me and my husband the help and customer service we needed during such this difficult time.

Our experience with Mimi has been always great! She is always kind, courteous & helpful. If you are thinking about getting a storage unit, we highly recommend going to see Mimi or one of her associates at Life Storage in Celebration, she is the best!
By far the BEST storage facility I've ever rented from!!! Mimi customer service was amazing, very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. The regional Manager Dante is also very helpful. The location is VERY CLEAN and safe. My only recommendation is to lower the prices just a bit...maybe some promotions twice a year. I understand is Celebration but just a little bit.:)
My husband and I were residents within Sola at Celebration which had recently been condemned and had to find new housing immediately along with every other family within the apartment complex.
All of this makes for a great employee, but now let me tell you what makes Mimi a great person. She heard me and my husband, she listened to us and made us feel listened to during very difficult times. She made us feel like someone out in the world has our backs when we least expected it.
Recently in Florida, Hurricane Irma ran her tirade through Orlando and Mimi, on her day off, came into work and managed to run her office to help in any way she could. Even as I write this, I am watching Mimi sweep up the debris left after the hurricane.
Such an amazing and stress free visit here. The employees were full of so much personality and extremely helpful! And went above and beyond to provide the best possible service for me!
