The employees at this post office were wonderful. Helpful and polite! Whoever wrote the awful reviews must have personal issues. The bad reviews should be removed.
The service here is always excellent especially Jeremy!! There is only 2 windows so there can be a looooong wait but there's nothing you can do about it so prepare for a wait and take a book with you!
The black man that works there was completely rude cause I wanted a receipt for the 60+ packages I was sending out there . I did pay 600+ dollars and I wanted a receipt he said not when it's that many cause he didn't want to scan it in and his supervisor said he didn't have to. I'm. Not racist but this guy about would make you that way . He was lazy and seemed like he was mad that he had to work for his cash instead of living off the goverment
Having trouble getting our mail after filling in the form there they have been no help what so ever parcels not delivered but tracking says they were they seem to have gone missing they gave me a phone number to speak to a supervisor which was for a different company completely and not the postal service not sure what's going on there and frankly they just not interested in helping
AMAZING!! I cannot speak more highly of Irene and her team of mail carriers. They went above and beyond when I made a mistake with the address on one of my packages. I felt like they really cared about me getting my mail and did everything they could. Best Postal Service I’ve ever worked with
