This is a nice property in a great location near lots of attractions. However, when we checked in they originally gave us the wrong unit. We reaerved a 4 bedroom and they gave us a 2 bedroom. Luckily we hadn't start to unpack just yet. The next one they gave us had wet carpet in all the carpeted areas. When I say wet I mean we were slipping and sliding all over the floors to the point it was a safety hazard. In addition, the wifi password was not working. We had a couple of work items to take care of beforr rhe vacation coukd fully start so that was annoying. This time we had started to unpack and had to move all of our things back into the car because of the wet carpet. The third unit they gave us finally was a good one. We had been in the front desk registration area three times after driving to get there but finally checked in.
The next day the internet went out and was down for hours so no Netflix, or fire-sticks for movies. I called and they acknowledged the internet was down for the entire property and didn't have an ETA as to when service would be restored. Every time we went into the main lobby they were trying to get you to sign up for a timeshare presentation to get lower priced tickets. However, there discounted tickets were higher than the regular Florida resident rates!
They need to improve the customer service and attention to detail. For the sized unit we needed it was a good rate and good facility with great amenities. I would stay there again and might do so in January when I am back in town again for a baseball tournament. However, I would make sure they didn't make the same mistakes as last time before I leave the lobby.
Love this store Service in this store is top shelf Ramon and his Son David and the sea food girl go out of their way to make you happy id rather drive a little further away from home being that there is two other Publix close my house but i dont get the quality of foid and service that i get at Publix Water Tower place.
Great service & help. Deli looked like they closed but woman made subs for us. I will be going to this store again.
The food was normal for Steak & Shake fare, but the restrooms had not been cleaned in some time and the service was quite slow. All the staff were super-friendly; however, that could not overcome my discomfort about the cleaning and speed of service. Just the general care of the tables and floors was a bit less than I would have liked.
Very busy place. Great staff. Great choices. Slightly expensive
