Homes are perfect. Make sure to bring your own supplies. Charged for extra things as well. Make sure to inquire about everything before going to vacation spot. So your prepared. The locations are wonderful. Breathtaking views!!! Great if your on a budget as well
Stayed at Champions Gate at the Magnificent Seven. Enjoyed my stay despite initial problems with house. Had issues with pool (cleaning), towels/face cloths amount, pool door, and some ceiling fans. Called house services who responded to all problems within the first 24 hrs (Sat/Sun). Have been renting off/on Villa Direct for 10 years. Always professional staff who normally jump to make me and family stay wonderful. Looking forward to my next trip in 2018. I would like to thank Caesar for always advising me on the best property to book and his attention to detail on price/budget.
My vacation was ruined thanks to Villa Direct. The Home I stayed in was supposed to be inspected. The sliding door for the pool was off track. The blinds on the sliding door was hung up by a zip lock tie, and the blinds fell down. The freezer door would not close and water dripped on the floor. They finally had to move us on day 4 of our trip because the Washing machine was not operable and it couldn't be looked at until Friday. The first 4 days of my trip was a disaster, because Villa Direct customer service skills were lacking, and they were very unprofessional and caring. They also put you in a home with a small pool which only goes up yo 4 feet.

Ten of us rented a large vacation home last august. I house was huge. The kitchen had everything we need. The pool was just was bigger then i expected. The baby gate to the pool was there upon our arrival and put together. The rooms were nice size and well decorated so if a person was working my nerves i could avoid them. Payment was easy and the staff was pleasant. We wanted a late check out at the last minute and they were happy to help us. Even when people were added to the house at the last minute they help make accommodations for us. Now my only problem was the laundry had someone else clothes left in the machine. Also I think you shouldn't have to pay to heat the hot tube. I am going back this year.
My family and friends just recently stayed at your Champion Gates property and we were very satisfied.The check in was courteous and even to me having to call maintenance about a simple issue everything was handled.
